1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards (where applicable), and secure online payment methods. All payments are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

2. Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled before they are processed. Please contact us immediately at contact@cirirestore.com or +1 (506) 889-3792. Once processing begins, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.

3. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within Canada. Orders with international addresses will be cancelled and fully refunded.

4. How much does shipping cost?

A flat shipping fee of 5 CAD applies to all Canadian orders under 40 CAD.

Orders over 40 CAD qualify for free standard shipping.

Shipping fees are clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

5. How long will my order take to arrive?

Processing time: 1–3 business days

Transit time: 2–7 business days

Total estimated delivery: 3–10 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, weather, and carrier delays.

6. What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products within 15 days of delivery.

Items must be new and in original packaging.

Returns are sent by mail at the customer’s expense. No restocking fees apply.

7. How do I request a return or exchange?

8. When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
