Head-Support Pillow Safety Instructions

For awake time only – This product is designed to support your baby’s head when they are awake. Never use it for sleep or naps. If your baby falls asleep on the pillow, immediately move them to a crib, cradle, or bassinet with a firm, flat mattress and no soft items.

Never leave baby unattended – Always stay nearby and watch your baby while using the pillow.

Use on the floor – Place the pillow on a firm, level floor surface only. Do not use it on beds, couches, air mattresses, or other raised or soft surfaces.

Do not use in transport equipment – Do not use the pillow in a stroller, car seat, swing, bouncer, or high chair. These products are not designed for sleep and can obstruct breathing.

Keep soft items away – Keep blankets, stuffed toys, duvets, and other soft objects away from the pillow.

Not a medical device – This pillow is not intended to prevent or treat flat head syndrome or any medical condition. If you have concerns about your baby’s head shape or neck tone, speak to your doctor.

Follow age and weight limits – Use the pillow only within the age/weight range recommended by the manufacturer and stop once your baby can roll over or sit up unaided.

Age-appropriate use:

Follow the manufacturer’s instructions regarding age or weight. In general, this type of pillow is intended for infants (for example, from 0 to 6 months, or until the child can roll over on their own). Stop using this pillow once your baby can roll over or sit up unassisted.
