1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Debit cards may be accepted if supported at checkout.
All transactions are securely processed and charged in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

2. Can I modify or cancel my order?
An order can sometimes be modified or canceled before processing begins.

Once processing has begun, modifications or cancellations may no longer be possible.

3. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within Canada.
Any order with an international shipping address may be canceled and refunded.

4. How much is shipping?

  • Flat-rate shipping: 5 CAD
  • Free standard shipping for orders over 40 CAD
    Applicable fees are displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

5. How long does it take to receive my order?

  • Processing time: 1 to 3 business days
  • Shipping time: 2 to 7 business days
  • Estimated total time: 3 to 10 business days
    These times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination province, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

6. What is your return policy?
Return and refund conditions are described in our Refund Policy.
Generally, returns may be accepted within 15 days of delivery, according to the conditions specified in the policy.
To be eligible, the item must be:

  • unused;
  • in its original packaging;
  • in resalable condition.
    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective item or an error on our part. No restocking fees apply.

7. How do I request a return or exchange?

  • your order number;
  • the reason for the return or exchange.
    We will provide you with instructions to follow.

8. When will I receive my refund?
When a refund is applicable, it is generally processed within 5 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned item.
The refund is issued to the original payment method. Additional delays may apply depending on your financial institution.

9. What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • take clear photos of the product and packaging;
  • contact us as soon as possible at contact@cirirestore.ca
    After verification, a replacement or refund may be offered depending on the situation.

10. How can I track my order?
When the order is shipped, a confirmation email with a tracking number is sent if an email address was provided during the order.
The number allows you to track the package online.
